I consider myself very fortunate that Hillary was on duty and available the day that I stopped into your offices looking for help in finding a seasonal home in Punta Gorda. She immediately stepped up to the plate to show me potential options that met my parameters (while simultaneously mentoring a trainee, after having asked my OK to do so). By the very next morning (I was on a tight time schedule, only visiting from up North for a few days) she had lined up a half dozen options for me to tour, and she took me through them all, offering good advice along the way. After I had gone back North, she did a FaceTime second walk-through with me so that I could look more closely at the option on which I was focusing, and she gave good advice throughout that process. Subsequently, she continued to give me good advice in negotiating with the seller, while keeping channels open and friendly. I was not knowledgeable about lots of the mechanics relating to making an offer and then all that goes into leading up to the closing, and she was right with me throughout that process. We closed with no issues, and she has given me lots of good advice relating to becoming a homeowner and dealing with all of the utilities, etc. And she is still helping me with a loose end with the seller. She is smart and very pleasant to deal with; she makes a fine impression for your firm.
Hillary's professionalism, persistence and compassion made the sale of my home and relocation to anothet state a painless and profitable task. I found her knowledge invaluable in so many arenas. From listing to closing, every step along the path was smooth due to Hillary's oversight! She is a 5+!!

My husband and I were fortunate to meet and work with Hillary when we began our search for a Florida condo. We were from out of state and locating a real estate agent in the Sarasota/Venice/Punta Gorda/Ft.Myers area was a daunting task. We were given her name through our local realtor who happened to have a relocation specialist to help us reach someone in FL. Through email, we were able to share with Hillary our preferred locations and what we were interested in purchasing. She was prompt with her replies and we set up a meeting within a few days. We were a bit surprised that she was so very willing to come to us as we were staying quite a few miles from her. She brought us several listings and information on the developments we were interested in seeing along with others that she recommended. We were impressed by her knowledge of the various areas we were interested in and her willingness to explore a couple that were relatively new to her. We had a very limited schedule but she was willing to work within those limits. We were able to find the condo we were looking for and were happy to have Hillary reviewing the paperwork with us while making suggestions and clarifying any questions we had. Since that day, Hillary has continued to stay in touch and offer any assistance we may need. We couldn’t be happier with her professional knowledge and friendly approach to helping us find our FL home. We’re glad the relocation specialist recommended Hillary and so do we!

We first "met" Hillary with a phone interview from out of state. Her enthusiasm and desire to help us before we even arrived in Florida was a first "wow" for us. Hillary didn't wait for us to arrive to show her the property. She met a family friend, picked up the key and then offered to help with some known problems we were facing before we even signed with her! Things only got even better from there. She was absolutely a TOP NOTCH professional in all of her interactions with us and for us. We needed LOTS of services (roofing, A/C, septic, cleaning, handyman, etc.) and Hillary brought A+ providers every time. We could not have had a better experience. If we could give Hillary a TEN STAR rating, we would.
